vista processes

Anyone have a list compiled of the Vista processes that are unneccessary and that can be eliminated?
Vista has too many processes.

What is the basis for that conclusion? What problems is the number of processes causing you?

There seems to be a number of new processes from Vista that seem to just be unneccessary like XP. Just trying to identify each one and there purpose. If the process is unneccessary, I want to eliminate it.
